Beautiful Shadow

•  Bring down main verse vocals to match intro / outro vocals

•  Add some of the verse reverb to intro / outro vocals (come out of it at the end of outro )

•  Bring up “I don't wanna …” on first pre-chorus

•  The ‘blame' outro of last chorus needs work (maybe single vox w/ reverb )

Hiding

•  Rhodes up slightly in 1 st verse (to match 3 rd )

•  Not enough punch from the band in the chorus (more drums?)

•  Bring solo up

•  Electric mixed in chorus is not working with the rhythm

In the City

•  Vocals up in 1 st verses to match 2 nd /3rd

•  Acoustic guitar down slightly

•  Piano up slightly

•  Bring the word at the end of the second chorus (‘me') up (?)

•  More feedback on the vocal at the end (?)

•  Bring up acoustic at the end

•  Add some more space at the end before the record ending

Stars

•  Start is still too sudden (feels cut off)

•  Bring up word ‘night' at the end with more reverb to extend it

•  Check bass level

•  Mix louder than the others (mastered?)

Your Old Guitar

•  Vocals still too low in the verses ( ref : solo demo)

•  Still too much bass

Close the Door

•  Music mix is good

•  Drums need work

•  Vocals up slightly with background pad too

•  First 4 verses of vocal ok (last 2 suck)

•  More delay on the triangle at the end to ring out longer

•  Get rid of talking at beginning and end of mix (was the mic on at mixdown ?)
